Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a central location close to downtown and major attractions, but the rooms are a bit dated and lack natural light. The service provided by Edgar was excellent, although some staff seemed less accommodating. The dining options, including a make-your-own omelette station, were extensive but not fully satisfying for an all-inclusive package. The facilities were generally adequate but nothing exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room I got this time was an improvement from the previous one, with an ocean view that was simply stunning. However, there were issues with the door not closing properly. The room was comfortable, clean, and had great amenities, but the photos on the website didn't match the reality.
I had a wonderful stay at the San Marino. The rooms were comfortable and clean with great views of the beach. The service was truly exceptional, and the location was perfect for exploring the area, despite needing a touch of TLC. The dining experience was varied and delightful. However, some facilities could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms weren't five-star, but considering the low cost, I wasn't expecting luxury. I ended up in an oceanview junior suite, one of the nicer renovated rooms, but there was a lot of noise which was a downside. The service left much to be desired as many guests struggled with poor connectivity and the front desk staff didn't seem attentive and waved me away like I was unimportant. The best part was the location; close to the beach and surrounded by local shops and restaurants. However, I was disappointed that we couldn't pay separately to eat in the 'all-inclusive' restaurant area despite the advertising suggesting otherwise. The dining options were limited, but the meat dishes were good.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with a lively boardwalk. The rooms, however, were a bit lacking in maintenance and felt tawdry. The service was efficient overall, but there were some issues with overcharging for missing items. The dining options were varied but not worth the all-inclusive package.
